Wild Meadow Counseling
Hello, my name is Abby, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in Texas. I bring experience from a variety of settings—including residential programs, community-based services, and school-based mental health care. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the lasting impacts of trauma. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move toward healing and growth.
My approach to my work is simple: meet you where you are, as you are. I firmly believe in creating a safe and inclusive space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I strive to help you navigate the things that are serving as barriers to you achieving your goals. No issue is too big or too small; if you are needing a place to process, I'm here!
I bring warmth and curiosity to sessions, and when working with me, clients will be met with authenticity and honesty. You are the expert of your own experience, and will be treated as such as we collaborate towards helping you reach your goals. You've taken the first step in the healing process already: reach out to explore if I would be a good fit for you!
