The therapeutic relationship is a powerful place for significant growth, change & meaning. My aim as a psychotherapist is to offer you a space where you can freely express and feel, while moving towards a deeper engagement with your inner and outer worlds. Clients come to me to work on concerns such as depression and anxiety, grief, trauma and PTSD, mood and personality disorders, sexuality, spirituality, and relationships. As your therapist, I will meet you with curiosity and compassion, we will slow down together and explore your depths to bring to consciousness the things that may be obstructing your path forward.

My approach is collaborative and relational, and varies based on your specific needs and pace. My therapeutic background is grounded in a depth perspective, emphasizing psychodynamic, relational, somatic, existential, and Jungian theories, while bringing in mindfulness, IFS, cognitive, and mind-body practices when appropriate.

I view the client-therapist relationship as sacred, requiring compatibility and trust, and it is deeply important to me that you feel respected and cared for throughout this challenging work. If you are seeking therapy, I'd love to learn more about you and see how I can best support you. I'm deeply committed to this work and I look forward to meeting you.
