Caitlin Hammond
Accepting new clients on Tuesday evenings. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood while navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodevelopmental differences, trauma, or life transitions such as school or work. At times, you might feel disconnected from your body or emotions or caught in negative self-beliefs. I offer a supportive, collaborative space to build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful as you move forward.
I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to help clients understand their inner experiences and build coping skills. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and DBT with mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, journaling. As a registered yoga teacher, I bring an embodied lens to therapy, helping clients reconnect with their bodies as a source of information and safety.
My intention is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore and accept your unique self, navigate life challenges, and heal from emotional pain. I tailor interventions to each person, helping you build confidence, challenge negative beliefs, and develop skills for future stressors. If you would like, book with me now by clicking on my website.
