Sometimes, the ways we think, feel, or behave don’t fully make sense, but they often come from experiences we haven’t had the chance to slow down and understand. Therapy can be a space to begin making sense of those patterns and responding to yourself and your environment more intentionally. I work with adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation problems, life transitions, and neurodivergent experiences such as ADHD and autism, as well as challenges related to stress &burnout, relationship or family conflicts, and attachment issues. I also offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Psychodynamic Approach, the Gottman Method, and the Attachment Regulation Competency Framework. My experience includes working across school and community settings, where I’ve supported children and adolescents with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, school-related stress, and family transitions, while also working with adults and couples around communication patterns, relational conflict, attachment dynamics, and life adjustments.

From my experience, even when concerns seem similar, each unfolds in its own way. There isn’t one way this process is supposed to look, and sometimes clarity begins simply by having the space to slow down and notice. If this feels like something you’re ready to explore, I’d be glad to meet you there.
