Every individual is the expert on their experience, but at times can benefit from evidence based tools, skills and perceptions to aid in maximizing their potential to living a fulfilling, stress-reduced life. Together we will explore these experiences, where I will provide psychoeducation and evidence based interventions to facilitate growth and relief. I am skilled in Positive Psychology, CBT, REBT, DBT, Solution- Focused therapy, Existential Psychology and other evidence based practices.
