I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience specializing in the treatment of trauma, men’s mental health, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and grief. As a bilingual and bicultural Spanish-speaking therapist, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including young adults, parents, caregivers, women and men from Latino/a backgrounds. My goal is to provide a space that feels warm, non-judgmental, and more importantly helpful.

My therapeutic approach is brief and strategic. I want to help you focus on life goals. I use Talk Therapy, Mindfulness/Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma focused therapy to help you in your life goals. I aim to help you resolve conflict, improve communication, and heal from trauma, with focus on anxiety/ADHD. I work with Men on communication, divorce/marriage, separation, ADHD and Anxiety. I Support families with behavior issues, including divorce, conflict and Major Family change. My other expertise is to provide Family therapy to children, parents and other caretakers with the goal of discussing school issues, and how to address family conflict.

I enjoy listening to you and learning about your childhood and transition to adulthood. Sometimes these formative experiences are difficult and hard to move past. Talking and sharing about these experiences can really help to resolve anxiety and depression in your life.
