Resilience is not about gritting your teeth and toughing it out alone. In a high pressure university environment, it is easy to feel like you have to be stoic to survive, but resilience actually requires connection. It begins with having someone who can truly understand your experience without the pressure to perform. I offer a deeply relational space where we move away from just surviving and toward a life of genuine clarity. As an educator and clinician with dual training in the U.S. and the U.K., I bring a global perspective to the challenges of young adulthood.

I specialize in working with emerging adults navigating trauma, addiction recovery, and complex family systems. Whether you are struggling with identity or the shifts of living internationally, I help you understand where you come from so you can decide where you want to go. I reject the one size fits all approach, instead blending psychodynamic and Jungian theory with practical, evidence based tools like CBT and DBT. We focus on both understanding your patterns and building the mind body tools to change them through sensorimotor techniques.

Working with me is a collaborative process of discovery. We focus on unearthing your true potential and recognizing your worth outside of your achievements. Whether you are navigating a cultural transition or seeking a deeper understanding of your own mental health, our work is tailored to your unique context. You do not have to wait for a crisis to prioritize your well-being or navigate these transitions alone. Let us work together to build a foundation of resilience that allows you to stop performing and start living authentically.
