Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

Kelsey is a master of social work who works primarily with young adults experiencing life changes, relationships issues, grief, trauma, and depression and anxiety. She has a particular passion for helping people improve their self-understanding to strengthen platonic and romantic relationships, increase self-compassion, and to identify personal values and learn to live by them. Kelsey incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, but makes sure to tailor her sessions to the individual first and foremost.

Before becoming a therapist, Kelsey had a career in advertising and marketing working for consumer brands and tech companies. Having experienced these worlds first-hand, Kelsey is uniquely equipped to understand and empathize with many of the challenges her clients face day-to-day — things like burnout, navigating office dynamics, and the identity struggle that comes with learning who you are as an adult while maintaining a demanding career.

Kelsey seeks to create a safe and welcoming experience for her clients. She knows how to address immediate stressors and concerns, while keeping long-term healing goals at the forefront. She is welcoming of people of all identities and backgrounds, inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ community.
