As a queer, non-binary therapist, I find authenticity is the root of connection, and through this connection can come safe exploration and the foundation of self-expression and understanding.

I have extensive work supporting and uplifting the LGBTQIA+ community, on professional and personal levels. I have found that fostering spaces in which you are seen, heard, and feel safe can not only improve your experience with your surrounding world, but also with yourself.

Through an expressive arts, holistic, and person-centered lens, my goal is to join folks on their journeys of navigating queer and trans issues, neurodivergence, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma - specifically C-PTSD.
