Kelly Mariska
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She specializes in ADHD evaluations and treatment, with a particular focus on helping adults navigate executive functioning challenges through both individual therapy and ADHD executive skills groups.
Kelly’s therapeutic interests also include supporting clients through college adjustment, navigating major life transitions, substance use concerns, and working with LGBTQ+ individuals. She incorporates creativity into the therapeutic process, drawing from her background in theater improvisation to encourage clients to “yes, and” themselves by embracing change, growth, and the full spectrum of their identity with compassion and curiosity.
Kelly works primarily with adults in both individual and group settings, offering a collaborative and affirming space where clients can explore challenges, reconnect with their values, and cultivate meaningful change.
