Rachel Cohen
I’m Rachel, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My goal is to create a safe and empowering space for my clients because our teenage and young adult years can be stressful and overwhelming to navigate with all of the different life changes that continue to happen. As we continue to grow as individuals, we are constantly trying to identify and discover who we are and who we want to be. This no longer has to be a process that you work at alone.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, life-transitions, trauma, and relationships. I help teenagers, young adults, and adults learn to manage and understand difficult emotions, establish boundaries, and feel confident in their life goals. We will work as a team to learn new and healthy habits, as well as ways to create a life worth living.
You deserve to enjoy your life! It can be difficult to take the next step, but when you are ready, please reach out via phone or email, and I would be happy to schedule a consult.
