You do not have to have everything figured out to start. I am dedicated to guiding you toward self acceptance and resilience by providing a direct, compassionate space where you can drop the performance of having it all together. As a clinician at Resilience Therapy, I focus on helping you explore your experiences without judgment so you can reconnect with your inner strengths. Whether you are navigating the high pressure environment of a university or the uncertainty of early adulthood, our work is a collaborative partnership designed to help you move at a pace that feels sustainable and empowering.

My approach combines person centered therapy with Cognitive and Gestalt techniques, focusing on present moment awareness and authentic emotional expression. This helps you understand how your thoughts and actions shape your current reality so you can make intentional shifts toward the life you want. Grounded in trauma informed care, I provide a sensitive framework for healing past wounds while building a practical toolkit for your daily life. My background as a Behavior Intervention Specialist enhances my ability to offer concrete support for adults facing complex mental health challenges and intellectual disabilities.

I am committed to helping you build lasting resilience and enhance the coping skills you need to navigate life’s stressors with confidence. By exploring your unique story, we can foster growth and help you live a more authentic life that is no longer dictated by old patterns or external expectations. You do not have to wait for a crisis to prioritize your well-being or earn the right to ask for support. Let us work together to unearth your potential and build a foundation of stability that allows you to truly thrive.

*Insurance & Fees* I am in-network with Northwell Direct. For all other major insurance companies, I am an out of network provider. My office provides a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement and we will assist you in verifying your benefits to ensure the process is seamless. I also offer a sliding scale rate for those in need. Please reach out to learn more about how we can start this work together.
