By working together, I could help you process difficult emotions, gain a deeper understanding of patterns that interfere with your happiness, and undo faulty thinking so that you could enjoy your college experience! I specialize in helping students tackle college related stress, worries about their future, relationship conflicts, family problems, anger management issues, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem, panic attacks, anxiety, and depressive moods. My therapeutic style is evidence-based and influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic (insight-oriented) Theory. I am a strong believer in the power of a trusting, nonjudgmental, therapeutic relationship as the catalyst for achieving desired outcomes. Hence, I promote an environment of comfort and clarity between us. We would work together through a convenient, HIPAA- compliant, Tele-health platform.
