YOU are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a judgement free space to help you explore and build skills to meet your goals. I specialize in supporting individuals ages 18 + who are experiencing difficulties with Anxiety, Depression and Adjustments. I use a combination of trauma based therapeutic approaches, traditional psychotherapy and systemic approaches to health and wellness. I will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and try different things. I look forward to joining you in your journey!
