I specialize in supporting teens and adults with OCD, ADHD, and anxiety disorders in-person in Portland and virtually across Oregon. Together, we'll take time to understand what you're going through with curiosity and compassion. From there, we'll shape therapy around who you are and what you need so daily life can begin to feel more manageable.
