Sophie Browner
I am a private practice therapist who works with adults of all ages, with particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and those who have experienced trauma. I believe that symptoms—whether anxiety, depression, or something harder to name—often have roots in our histories and relationships. In our work together, we’ll slow down and get curious about the patterns, feelings, and ways you’ve learned to cope that may no longer be serving you.
Many of the students I work with are navigating academic pressure, identity questions, relationship stress, or major life transitions while trying to keep up with the demands of school and daily life. My hope is to offer a warm, attuned space where greater self-understanding can lead to real and lasting change.
