My name is Terri Stowe and I am the founder/owner of Engaging Teens Counseling, PLLC. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I see clients ages 10- 25 years of age. I have worked with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I specialize in working with coping skills, relationship issues, and behavioral issues. It would be my pleasure to help you navigate the transition from high school and living at home to life as a college student. Types of therapy that I utilize (depending on clients needs) cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), expressive arts, play therapy, solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), trauma focused therapy.
