Hello! Let's be honest...seeking therapy can be an uncertain and anxiety-filled process whether you have never worked with a counselor before or have had multiple bad experiences leaving you feeling guarded and hopeless. Each client has different needs and you deserve counseling that is tailored specifically to you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I currently hold an Educational Specialist’s Degree (Ed.S.) in Counselor Education and a Master’s Degree (M.S.) in Clinical Psychology. I have extensive experience working in the counseling field for over 10 years where I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults receiving services for behavioral mental health and substance abuse in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, and semi independent residential treatment facilities. Specifically, I have worked with clients diagnosed with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, attention-deficit hyperactivity, and psychotic disorders as well as those struggling with behavioral and emotional distress, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, sleep difficulties, and more. I particularly enjoy working with students and faculty to help them thrive during transitions. Because therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, I use an integrative approach and pull from various theoretical orientations (person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal process) to ensure your treatment is individualized and collaborative. Regardless of the intervention or techniques used, I practice from the fundamental belief that most often people are good and are trying to do their best given their current situation, but may make bad decisions. We are all human and imperfect… and worthy of love and compassion. This includes you. I am part of the Path referral network, which means that when you reach out, my team will get back to you quickly to schedule our first session. Through Path, I am in-network for most commercial insurances, and the average cost of a session for clients who use their insurance is less than $30.
Hi! I'm Rosie (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of both Georgia and Texas. I work primarily with young adults (20s and 30s), and many of my clients are people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have special focus in trauma processing, ADHD management, and career exploration. Throughout my social work career I have passionately advocated for racial, social and economic justice through the empowerment of individuals and groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with HIV, people experiencing homelessness, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, veterans, children and youth, and more. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist myself, I am mindful of how people’s identities factor into their experience of the world and their experience in therapy. I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. While I do incorporate interventions like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and distress tolerance, my first and foremost focus is to be unconditionally on your team and on your side. Past clients have told me that I am a natural listener and am genuine and warm in how I relate to people. When I am not obsessing over the personality psychology phenomenon known as the enneagram, I enjoy laying in the sun with a good podcast, jogging the Atlanta beltline, reading, cooking, yoga, and exploring the local food scene.

As a therapist, I specialize in working with current and former athletes, students, and high achievers who are navigating challenges with perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, and identity. My practice is rooted in supporting girls and women strengthen their confidence and redefine their success. Whether you're navigating life during or after sport, facing academic or career pressure, or trying to rediscover who you are outside of achievement, therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and heal. Many of my clients are used to excelling. From the outside, they seem driven, focused, and capable. But internally, they may struggle with self-criticism, burnout, imposter syndrome, or a sense that they’re not “enough”, even when they’re exceeding expectations. I use evidence based strategies to help clients in creating a more empowered sense of self! My approach is collaborative, affirming, and non-judgemental. I’m a former collegiate athlete and current coach, so I have first-hand experience seeing and experiencing the impact on young women. I am also currently PhD Candidate researching depression, anxiety, and perfectionism seen in athletes.

Welcome! I am a trauma-informed, liberation-oriented art therapist offering virtual therapy for young adults in Georgia. I take a systems-based approach to mental health, considering the mind-body connection, the health of relationships, and the impacts of systemic oppression. I advocate for collective liberation as a key aspect of trauma healing and prioritize creating an affirming and accessible space for 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and disabled or chronically ill folks. As an art therapist, I believe that creating art can help to express emotions, regulate the nervous system, and communicate with the self and others. Options for incorporating art therapy include visual journaling, creating eco-art with natural materials, integrating digital art, making zines, and more. Anyone can benefit from art therapy, regardless of their artistic background, as the focus is on the process and personal reflection, without judgment or pressure to perform! My approach to therapy is holistic and non-pathologizing, incorporating strength-based and person-centered approaches to honor your inner wisdom and celebrate your resilience and growth. I also integrate mindfulness, attachment theory, and somatic practices to support you with finding balance and feeling grounded.
Specialize in black women, work/school stress, intergenerational trauma and racial trauma.

Hi there! I am a licensed psychologist in Midtown Atlanta. I enjoy helping with anxiety concerns, men's issues/masculinity, relationship and social concerns, and depression, as well as a number of other concerns. I also have extensive experience working with undergraduate and graduate college students. I integrate different approaches, but work mainly using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and relational/interpersonal techniques. Additionally, I specialize in mindfulness-based and self-compassion approaches and the use of mindfulness meditation. My aim in therapy is to create a space of warmth, openness, and support so that we can lean into the difficult areas of your life, work to understand the ways you could grow, and begin to address them. I work actively to help my clients open up to their thoughts and emotions while also helping identify changes they can make to live life more effectively. I am patient, relatable, and flexible in my work, and you'll find that I am a humorous and light-hearted person, too. I also aim to be direct and authentic, giving helpful feedback when appropriate. I am a clinical psychologist and sub-specialize in couples and family therapy. I help couples and individuals deal with a variety of issues that may be interfering with relationships such as depression, anxiety, infidelity, poor communication, constant fighting, lack of motivation, or feelings of disconnection. My goal as a therapist is to give my clients the tools to achieve the kind of control that lets them be in charge. This is the only true path to a happy and fulfilling relationship. I also help parents deal with children who may be unmotivated, anxious, depressed, or oppositional. I believe parents need to be strategic with troubled children. Sessions focus on empowering parents with tools to reduce parent-child power struggles, stop self-defeating behavior and improve self-esteem and motivation to succeed.
