Hi, I’m Daniela Pacheco (Dani), a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a Clinical Psychologist trained in Chile. I specialize in working with Women, Latinx/e /e, immigrant, and BIPOC communities, and I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. In my practice, Raíces & Roots, I offer a compassionate and culturally responsive space where you can feel supported and understood. My approach integrates trauma-informed care, systemic and family perspectives, and social justice frameworks. I often work with themes of migration, identity, grief, anxiety, depression, and gender-based violence, helping clients strengthen coping strategies and reconnect with their own resilience. I believe healing happens in relationship and in community. Together, we will explore your story, build tools for regulation, and create space for growth and self-compassion. I'm currently only accepting private-pay clients and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
Hello! My name is Christian Lee Vasquez, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I am the owner of CLV Counseling. I see counseling as a way to learn how to better cope with life in the present, while healing traumas & life-altering events from the past and worries of the future. If you feel comfortable partnering with a counselor who actively works to avoid shaming, judging, blaming, and guilting others in and out of the office, we will be a good match. I am currently offering in-person and video-sessions to best meet your needs. I really encourage you to explore through my site to get a sense of my voice and energy, as well as services offered. Having been in therapy myself for anxiety & life transitions, we'll partner together and identify pathways to achieve your goals while also creating a supportive therapeutic space & relationship. I enjoy working with folks who are anywhere on or off the gender spectrum, and in any type of relationship configuration (sex-positive therapist) CLV Counseling offers a comfortable & safe environment for everyone. I encourage you to fully explore my website and please feel free to call or email me with any questions.
Over the last 25 years I have worked with clients who are seeking, peace, healing and develop insight and self-awareness. In my work with clients, there are several treatment modalities utilized, primarily CBT, Somatic Therapy, Whole Person and art therapy. One of my primary focuses with my clients is to create and/or improve their self-care plan since it is instrumental in managing daily stressors and mental health concerns. Self-care is important for me to also have in place and my self-care plan includes photography, being an avid football fan (and most sports), time with my friends and family

I believe in the inherent worth of each person – a value that can be easier to understand than to apply to us in practice, but progress is best achieved when starting from a foundation of self-acceptance. That’s where I come in. I am a therapist specializing in emotional and somatic processing, parts work, and Mindfulness-based interventions for those with complex trauma, identity issues, depression and anxiety, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and more. These struggles may seem impossible to overcome, especially when compounded by the adversity of marginalization, identity struggles, or abuse. My mission is to help you feel whole by building skills, developing self-esteem and healthy attachment, and processing your burdens so they can be put down. This includes attuning to the body, calming the nervous system, finding meaning in life, and healing with the compassion and clarity of the true Self. I am here to be a witness, a companion in your journey, and a fellow human being who truly cares. My approach blends Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention skills with Internal Family Systems-based parts work and guided meditation to release trauma and foster self-compassion. In doing so, you learn to make sense of your experiences within the systems around you and foster healing through connection to self, others, and community. Sessions with me sound like: "What was that look there?" "That made me feel a wave of grief. Did you?" "Let’s pause, if that's okay ... Just breathe into the feeling." "All of your emotions are valid, but not all your thoughts are true." "I have some skills for this..." "Let’s talk to this part of you... What does it need? What protects you from?” Above all, treatment should be intentional and built on trust. If this resonates, let’s discuss what you’re looking for together. During my own therapy journey, I learned what it truly meant to “feel your feelings.” At first, the advice seemed absurd; I thought I felt too much. Over time, though, I learned that most of us are never taught how to process emotions or how to let them go. As a Latina and member of the LGBTQ+ and disabled communities, I have often felt misunderstood within therapeutic spaces, and this journey taught me the power of accessing and overcoming emotions holding us back. My work is shaped by these experiences, and I strive to offer inclusive care that centers around each person’s unique strengths and needs. When I am not providing therapy, I love to read fantasy books, write poetry, and make art. Dancing and playing sports in the park are also some of my favorite activities, especially with festive drinks and snacks, and some friends.
Life as a young adult can be excited, daunting, and stressful all at the same time. I love helping college age students identify value systems, goals, and healthy habits to lead to a more hopeful and enjoyable life. Every person is different in their needs and I can help you find coping skills that will work for you to aid in decreasing stress levels, anxiety, and depression.
Are you interested in healing old patterns and awakening to your authentic self? Are you tired of constantly trying to fit in or be the person everyone else wants you to be? Are you ready to see the world and yourself through a lens of authenticity, love, and acceptance? Are you ready to deepen your relationship with yourself and be “Authentically Me?” As a licensed professional counselor, I specialize in trauma treatment and PTSD, perinatal mental health, and child and family therapy. I work with individuals ages 12 and older and families of all ages. My expertise is in EMDR therapy although will often incorporate interventions such as somatic work, mindfulness practices, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, parts work, and polyvagal theory. I offer an intuitive approach to therapy drawing on my experiences as a counselor, yoga teacher, educator, and parent. I recognize the importance of conversation and connection and welcome inquires and questions regarding my practice to determine if we are a good fit. I’m honored to have crossed paths with you and look forward to supporting you on your journey of becoming “Authentically Me!”
Hi, I’m Joanna Lester—founder of First Circle Therapy, a Colorado-based virtual practice. I specialize in working with college and grad students who are thoughtful, creative, and sensitive—but overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together. If you're juggling deadlines, relationships, family expectations, and big questions about who you're becoming, you might feel anxious, unmotivated, burned out, or just not yourself. You’re not alone—and therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what really matters to you. Our work can help you move through cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism and into a more grounded, self-led life. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating identity shifts, or learning to set healthier boundaries, I offer space to explore your inner world with clarity and care. In our sessions, we’ll use nervous system tools (to help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and feel more at ease) and parts work (to help the different sides of you—like the achiever, avoider, or inner critic—work together instead of against each other). You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I offer free consultations to see if we’re a fit, and I accept several major insurance plans to make therapy more accessible. Feel free to reach out—no pressure.
I am Shana Dobson, also known as Shana "Danger" Dobson, former UFC fighter. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has navigated marginalization in athletic, social, and mental health related spaces. I knew firsthand the importance of mental health community and support, being a Black, queer, neurodiverse, masculine presenting, first generation American with Jamaican roots. Mainstream mental health care was not built for everyone. Marginalized communities often face the additional burden of educating their therapist about their own lives — and that burden gets in the way of healing. At Path2Peace, we believe every person deserves a clinician who brings genuine, lived understanding — not just cultural competency training. We use the word communities intentionally, because every identity we serve represents a community with power, beauty, and resilience. Our practice is fully telehealth, Colorado-based, and rooted in affirming, intersectional care. As a proud professional athlete, I understand what it means to exist at the intersection of multiple identities in spaces that were not always built for you. That knowledge is not incidental to my clinical work — it is central to it. Path2Peace is a space that not only acknowledges these realities, but supports and empowers the communities impacted by them. I created Path2Peace because I know what it feels like to walk into a space and immediately wonder whether you're truly welcome there. This practice is my answer to that feeling: a fully telehealth practice in Colorado built on the belief that clients from marginalized communities deserve therapists who share their lived experience — not just clinicians who've attended a training about them. This practice is growing, and I'm excited to connect with clients who are ready to begin their journey and therapists who are ready to practice in a space that honors everything they are.

My personal identities include: child of immigrants, millennial, cis woman, queer, & mostly able bodied. I find joy in working with: fat/larger bodied folks, the global majority/children of immigrants, & 2SLGBTQIA+. I found that navigating both my culture and what society expected of me was in a lot of ways harmful to my mental health and safety. I continue to go on my own journey of therapy, finding safe community and exploring my own biases. I often watch anime, play video games, board games, and love to bring those into session if appropriate. The topics, tools and space we create together are to support your exploration. Our clinical space will be filled with self compassion so that we can integrate your mind, body, and soul in healing relationships with your own body and others. Through my living/ed experience as a fat person of color, I welcome conversations about intersectionality and systemic oppression. I have spent the majority of my career supporting people of color navigate through different phases of life, especially in college years. We will explore safety in the body, grounding, expressing complex thoughts/feelings, family dynamics and patterns that may or may not serve you anymore. My hope is that you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, celebrate who you are, and recognize the tools you have to support your wellness. My clinical approach: fat liberation, anti-racist, intersectional lens, and sex positive.
My commitment to you is to always meet you where you are, to work closely to gain an understanding of your goals, and help you implement the necessary skills and interventions to achieve those goals. I pride myself on being "all in" for my clients: being fully present, understanding people's journeys, and seeing where they're coming from and where they're headed. Solving problems and celebrating progress—these are the steps we'll take together on your journey.
My approach to this work is open, honest, and transparent. I will work collaboratively with you to create a safe and trusting space so that you can feel heard, supported and understood in a way that encourages you to process your experiences at your own pace. This is your journey and you deserve to feel empowered and confident in the now, AND as you embark on your future. Being a young person in this world is tough enough and having space to process your world view and navigating a new level of independence can be challenging. You deserve to focus on your mental health and I would be honored to support you along your journey. I offer free 20-minute consultations, so please do not hesitate to reach out, no commitment necessary just an informal chat to see if we would be a good fit. Ready to become unstuck and empowered to take charge of your deepest struggles? Many aspects of our lives can make us feel completely powerless, but having a therapeutic guide can remind us of what we already know about ourselves while pushing us to think outside the box, discover personal meaning, and branch out of our comfort zones. I enjoy using creative, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions that will help you embrace your complex and beautifully human life journey. I’m ready to meet you where you are with intuition and empathy. Together, we can initiate healing that leads you toward confidence, fulfillment, and wholeness. You may feel stuck in repeating family patterns, unprocessed trauma, mood instability, low self-esteem, identity confusion, unwanted substance use, or disconnection from yourself. Regardless of the presenting challenges and diagnoses, I often focus on how your struggles relate to and are impacted by the systems in which you exist, such as family, intimate relationships, friendships, work, and society as a whole. I also believe therapy can hold both depth and humanity. Humor, authenticity, and genuine connection are part of the process. Even when we’re discussing difficult or uncomfortable topics, you will be met with openness, curiosity, and no judgment. I'd love to hear from you if you have questions or are interested in involving me in whatever journey you're on!
