Welcome! I work with young adults around challenges such as stress & anxiety, life transitions (including into and out of college), healthy relationships, boundaries, self compassion, and perfectionism. My style is collaborative, explorative and based in connection. I help my clients connect to themselves, confront patterns and negative self talk, increase compassion, shift perspectives and grow.

Hello! I am Tiffany Reddick, the owner of Flourish Therapy Bar, where I help BIPOC neurodivergent students and professionals who are struggling to find wellness in a rapidly changing world. I realize you have been working hard to create the life of your dreams and somewhere along the way things went wrong, and you feel like you lost your magic -nothing is really wrong, but something ain't right. Podcasts and inspirational social media inspo posts may help a little, but you are ready to engage in some authentic self care If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, worried, lacking confidence or motivation, having difficulties in work relationships, experiencing intimacy issues, struggling with perfectionism, or just feeling exhausted and ready to move into alignment with your highest self, I am here to help and support you! At Flourish Therapy Bar, you will have a safe, confidential space free of judgment to process all that is happening in your world. I use research-backed, culturally affirming techniques that support holistic wellbeing. You can expect to gain new perspectives, learn new skills, release shame, and create and implement a plan that gets you out of your head and back into LOVING your best life. Let me help you prioritize your peace and pursue pleasure with ease! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board Certified Life Coach, and Clinical Hypnotherapist that specializes in short-term, holistic approaches. I use approaches that are centered in liberation-focused and feminist therapies/theories which recognize there are often major systems at play (racism, anti-blackness, sexism, classism, misogynoir, capitalism to name a few) influencing how we think and feel about ourselves and our lives. Together, you and I will work to rediscover your authentic self and ways of being that are free from these systems or at the least, engaging with them on your terms. At Flourish Therapy Bar, the personal and the professional are deeply intertwined, reflecting a commitment to inclusivity, joy, sustainability, freedom, accessibility, and courage. These values are ideals and active principles that guide every aspect of our practice.

In my over ten years of experience, I have worked with a myriad of conditions. The most common issues that I see are anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, women’s issues, substance abuse, stress, self-esteem, and relationship problems. I am a compassionate, non-judgemental therapist. Typically, I use a mix of cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness based cognitive therapy techniques with clients. I believe that your brain is a muscle, and with enough work you can train your brain. Together we will explore the thoughts and behaviors that keep you feeling trapped. When you work on changing your thoughts and cognitions, your behavior can change. This in turn, can change your life. I strongly believe in continuing education and learning something new each day. Some of the specific areas that I have much expertise, education, and research in are: -Anxiety in college -Wellness and health counseling -Eating Disorders and Athletes -Stress overload in teens and young adults -Women’s Issues I love working with people who are not afraid to be challenged and those who are motivated to make a lasting change in their life. As far as age populations go, I can work with any age, but work best with those aged over 14 years old. I believe that each person has the power to have control in their life. My hope is for you to leave my office feeling inspired and empowered.

She has worked with individuals to address mood and anxiety disorders, grief, and relationship issues. In addition to private practice, she has provided therapy in a university counseling center and at an outpatient recovery center for opioid addiction. In doing so, clients can address barriers and learn how to live at their full potential.  She works from an eclectic approach, using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to explore thought and behavior patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better manage their emotions and relationships. Clients come to therapy with their own goals and individual strengths and Melissa partners with her clients to navigate personal growth in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Cheers to you for starting (or continuing) your mental wellness journey! This part is not easy- but you can feel proud for doing so! Therapy with me will feel like a safe space to have meaningful and transformative dialogue. Together, we will identify a treatment plan that will help you in navigating: life transitions, relationships, trauma, breakups, family concerns, stress/anxiety, work/career issues, thinking patterns, self-esteem, etc. I believe our thoughts are pivotal in how we see others, ourselves, and the world. If you struggle with negative thought patterns, often feel “in your head” and struggle to thrive in your day to day, let’s talk! I have extensive training and experience with reframing unhelpful thoughts, imposter syndrome, decreasing stress & anxiety symptoms, and self-image concerns. Let’s work together to improve the relationship with yourself and others! My commitment to clients is to show up authentically, and to provide a safe space that allows you to do the same! Not unlike many within this field, my own experiences with mental health influenced my decision to become a therapist. Through my own struggles in my young life, I found a passion for hearing other people’s experiences and empowering others to identify and utilize their strengths in moments of hardship. A couple of areas I specialize in navigating are: Ideas of perfectionism Developing self-compassion Exploring one’s cultural identity Coping with and understanding feeling “not good enough" Overcoming the stress of living up to expectations (cultural, intrapersonal, societal, parental) Setting boundaries Feeling torn between two or more cultures Feelings of shame, worry, or guilt I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and I have a particular skill in working with people of color, first and second-generation immigrants, and folks new to therapy. Additionally, I deeply understand, honor, and respect the South Asian and Middle Eastern religions and cultures.

Managing school coursework, social commitments, family obligations, and future life planning can be a lot. College years can be really wonderful but can also become quite overwhelming at times. If you're finding it difficult to manage it all, let's talk. You've set out to better your life by earning a degree and you don't have to struggle through the experience. I work with clients attempting to manage increased feelings of anxiety and depression. Sometimes these feelings are due to the stress of increased demands and sometimes they seem to come out of no where. Partnering with a therapist can help identify your particular struggles and what may help to begin to improve things. Please feel free to check out my website for more information or to contact me directly to talk more.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Atlanta, GA

Hi! I'm Rosie (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of both Georgia and Texas. I work primarily with young adults (20s and 30s), and many of my clients are people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have special focus in trauma processing, ADHD management, and career exploration. Throughout my social work career I have passionately advocated for racial, social and economic justice through the empowerment of individuals and groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with HIV, people experiencing homelessness, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, veterans, children and youth, and more. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist myself, I am mindful of how people’s identities factor into their experience of the world and their experience in therapy. I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. While I do incorporate interventions like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and distress tolerance, my first and foremost focus is to be unconditionally on your team and on your side. Past clients have told me that I am a natural listener and am genuine and warm in how I relate to people. When I am not obsessing over the personality psychology phenomenon known as the enneagram, I enjoy laying in the sun with a good podcast, jogging the Atlanta beltline, reading, cooking, yoga, and exploring the local food scene.
